Elmar Sulk is currently a Senior Strategist for Lincoln Park PR, in
Washington, D.C, and a project and event manager. He has worked in the
public and private sectors in Bonn, Andernach, Berlin and Brussels,
holding senior staff positions in German politics and German industry.
In his publications, Elmar has regularly addressed Germany’s and the
US' domestic and international issues. He holds a Master's degree in
History from the University of Bonn, and a Master’s degree in
International Public Policy from the Johns-Hopkins-University.
Heinz “Henry” Nagel is currently a practicing pediatrician at Park West Medical Center and PrimeCare Pediatrics in Baltimore.
He has worked in clinical practice for over 12 years in Maryland and he has worked in Public Health, Research and Consulting in the United States and Germany. He was editor of the Diabetes Care Monitor, a quarterly publication of the National German Diabetes Center and he was National Director of Innovation Management for Social Health Insurances in Germany.
He holds a doctoral degree in Medicine from the Medical University of Luebeck in Germany, and a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore
